Excellent interview! We need to take on a stronger dialogue for economic equity. The president of a large company once told me that SHE hired mostly women because they worked harder for cheaper salaries than men. So what looked like inclusiveness was really more exploitation… by a woman. How can women business owners stay competitive without caving in? And why are hard working women who juggle kids and elders devalued? They gain invaluable wisdom, compassion, strength, and practice making every minute count. Plus, they’re raising our future leaders.
