Easy question! Garlic is one ingredient I cannot live without because I cook with it almost daily and it gives food so much flavor, particularly meats and beans. YUM! I also love it raw mixed with olive oil and vinegar on top of platanos. LOL

Don’t you just love how the Flip allows you to capture these great in-kitchen moments! I haven’t done one in a few months but at least have some lined up! My ingredient I can’t work with:: garlic!!!!! It gave everything that missing kick.. so bold and flavorful. and it’s great for you immune system! Kudos to Mr. Sandoval…. doing his thaaang!

Great video, and I’m gonna have to check out the restaurant next time I’m in DC! The one ingredient I can’t live without? Olive oil. Necessary for so many things, but healthy and adds that special subtle something without using a lot, especially on raw vegetables. Yum…
